Les Arts Décoratifs- 70s and 80s travel in time..

One of the things absolutely to see this season is this new exposition at Les Arts Décoratifs in Paris.
The expo starts by Yves Saint Laurent’s spring 1971 heart-splashed, 40s inspired collection, and famous pieces of Issey Miyake, we can find there also a classics of Thierry Mugler's dresses from the 80's, the Lagerfeld’s first couture collection for Chanel in spring 1983, the one and only first corset dress by Jean Paul Gaultier. You just have to see it if you happens to be in Paris! It is an absolute must for fashion lovers!

Mango and Moises

Here are some good news for fashion lovers, son of Oskar de la Renta- 25 years old Moises de la Renta is having his collection of eight t-shirts for Mango, they will be sold in april. His personal style is a mix of elegant style of his father with rock'n'roll edge!

This collection of t-shirts is elegant, embellished with stones, tulle, etc.

My inspiration for this collection was the traditional romantic themes: from pretty patchworks with summer flowers in somber colors, such as rose, violet, grey and black, to graphic illusions which combine transparent effects, with shiny gems and adornments in between,” says Moises about his t-shirt collection for Mango.

This season "must-have" is the transparency! Here are some shoes from SS2010 with transparent sole that makes you fly above the ground this summer season: Fendi, Sonia Rykiel and Martin Margiela. I just love them! Hope to get one of them soon ;)

What I always love about all the collection of Stella McCartney is that her clothes are minimal and classic and so easy to wear. I just watch the looks and I know I could wear it just right now! It's the same with this AW2011/11 collection, it is so beautifully simple! For every woman!

McQueen- last show..

It was a mix of romantism and Dark Ages. Poetic and so well showing the power of McQueen handcrafting. Art pieces.

BALENCIAGA REVOLUTION!

Just after the disappointed of Balmain comes the pleasure of Balenciaga, because it is simply beautiful, it is high-tech, sience fiction, it is star trec, star wars meets yes, yes! My favorite style for AW2010/2011 quirky girl, bit vintage, ladylike! I love the colors that are so against winter, that bring the smile on our faces.

Disappointed with Balmain..

I just had to write it, i am so disappointed with Balmain. Yes it is pretty, it is sexy, it is rock'n'roll meets Louis XIV and I would love to have some pieces from this collection but it doesn't change the fact that it is yet so boring, we have seen it all before during last few seasons at Balamain's shows.. We all know big shoulders, and skiny rock'n'roll pants, and long, with low-cut, neckline dresses... it is just one more time the same thing, and I was so counting on Balmain! Oh well..
